A first-of-its-kind development for the City of Victoria, Vivid offered one- and two-bedroom condominiums exclusively to end users at a minimum 8% below current market value. The building includes the Chard Signature Rooftop Terrace, providing residents with elevated outdoor space and city views in an exceptionally central downtown location. Together, the program and design positioned Vivid as a landmark residential offering within the local market.
