Juliet is a distinctive mixed-use residential tower located at 760 Johnson Street in downtown Victoria. Defined by its unique curved glass façade and prominent street presence, the 14-storey building connects residential and commercial neighbours while helping to transform a once-neglected urban corner.

Transforming Downtown Victoria

Rising above three anchor retail spaces, Juliet delivers contemporary residences supported by an active street-level experience. The retail component includes three units ranging from 666 to 2,560 square feet, creating opportunities for destination tenants that serve both residents and the surrounding community. Through its design and program, the project established the foundation for a new micro-community within the downtown core.
