A vibrant new community is taking shape in Lions Gate Village, bringing together homes, a hotel, shops, and green space. On the north side of the site, a modern 180-room hotel will welcome visitors and add energy to the neighbourhood. To the south, 475 rental homes will offer more people the chance to live here, with a mix of market, below-market, and deeply affordable options. Through a partnership with YWCA Metro Vancouver, 48 of these homes will be dedicated to supporting female-led, single-parent households.

Everyday essentials will be close at hand with close to 9,000 square feet of shops and services designed to serve both residents and visitors.
