Along with members of the Victoria community and our project partners, the Chard team gathered at our Broad Street project yesterday to officially break ground on the first purpose-built hotel in Downtown Victoria in nearly two decades.
We’re proud to bring this landmark project to life alongside Knightstone Hotel Group Inc. and Hyatt, and grateful for the collaboration with UVic Properties and City of Victoria BC. Together, we’re transforming a historic site into a 167-room, full-service hotel that celebrates the heritage of the historic Duck's Building and vibrancy of downtown Victoria.
