Broad Street Hotel

Developed in partnership with Knightstone Capital Management, this purpose-built hotel will revitalize the historic Duck’s Building bringing 167 much-needed hotel rooms, along with supporting retail, to Victoria’s Old Town District.

The first project of its kind in two decades, the hotel anchors Broad Street and provides a place for the local creative community to connect, Victorians and visitors to gather, and tourists to invest in the local economy. With a mix of room types to serve every type of traveller - from business visitors to families - the hotel serves as a new hub of Old Town.
